Mairi Anni, born in Patras, studied graphic arts and interior design in AKTO- Art and design.
Διδάχτηκε Αγιογραφία στο εργαστήριο τού Κώστα Αφίφα στο Μοναστηράκι, και του Θανάση Τσαμαδού στην Καλαμάτα.
She worked as a hagiographer in churches in Kalamata, Diakopto, Patras, and Arachova.
Έχει λάβει μέρος σε εκθέσεις ζωγραφικής στην Αθήνα, στην Αράχωβα και με τον καλλιτεχνικό σύλλογο του ” Κωστή Παλαμά” στην Πάτρα, όπου ζει και εργάζεται τα τελευταία χρόνια.
